We have a 24-hour cancellation policy on all appointments. You can cancel online or call our front desk at 250-702-4770. Please note that DMs on Facebook and Instagram are not always reliable for cancellations.
Ohspa gift cards can be purchased online, at the Ohspa front desk, or by phone at 250-702-4770. Please note they are not refundable.
If you purchase your gift card online, simply choose your amount and a themed e-card, then pay online. Your e-card will be emailed directly to you or to the gift card recipient.
Gift cards purchased at Ohspa are credit-card size and weight.
Please advise us of any medical conditions or allergies prior to your service. Upon booking and upon arrival, we will ask you to complete a health-related questionnaire.
If we feel our treatments or products would affect your medical condition in any way, we reserve the right to decline your treatment.
We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your services. We recommend arriving earlier to enjoy the outdoor heated pool and hot tub.
Parking is close by and available wherever Old House and/or Ohspa signage is visible.
Every client is assigned a locker and provided with a robe and sandals. Professional draping techniques for your comfort and privacy will be honoured at all times.
The Old House outdoor heated pool and hot tub are available to all Ohspa clients. Seasonal infused refreshing water and an assortment of herbal teas are available at our Tea Center. Coffee is available upon request.
The minimum age for treatments is 12 years old. Please note that clients under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Yes, you may receive Ohspa treatments if you are pregnant and if your health questionnaire confirms you are in good health.
Yes, you can request a specific therapist at the time of booking online, by phone, or in person.
If you are uncomfortable at any point, your therapist will end your session. We will discuss your situation with you so that we can provide the appropriate and stress-free resolution.
